Our return policy is valid for 2 hours from the time of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.Certain goods are exempt from returns, specifically perishable items, including frozen foods. Frozen foods are non-returnable once accepted.

Please inspect your frozen food package(s) at the time of delivery. If you find any packaging tampered with or damaged, do not accept the delivery. Instead, immediately return the affected package(s) to the delivery person. Once you have accepted the order, no returns or exchanges will be entertained.

All refunds will be processed in 7 working days.
