- Delivery Method: All B2C deliveries are managed through local delivery partners, such as Rapido, to facilitate quick transportation from the nearest Stock Point directly to the customer.
We prioritize delivery within a radius of 10 kms in an one-hour window to maintain product integrity and ensure it remains frozen upon arrival. - Delivery Time: Delivery is typically completed within 60 minutes or less from the time of order confirmation for a distance within 10 kms radius. However, if the distance is beyond 10 kms, but within 20 to 25 kms then depending upon the distance, Delivery timings will vary based on rider availability and traffic conditions, but every effort will be made to adhere to deliver the order within two hours maximum.
- Delivery Coverage: Currently, we offer delivery within specified zones around our Stock Points. The serviceable areas will be displayed at the time of ordering.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fee will apply, based on distance and delivery partner rates, which will be specified during checkout.
- Temperature Assurance: Our frozen product are packed with care and handled by trained riders to minimize any potential temperature fluctuations en route.
Upon receiving the product, we recommend immediately storing it in a freezer to maintain the quality and freshness. - Customer Responsibilities: We ask customers to be available for delivery at the provided address within the specified time frame to prevent any delays that could affect product quality.
In case of non-availability, the delivery will be automatically cancelled without any refund. - Refund & Replacement Policy: If there are any issues with the quality of the product upon delivery (e.g., the product is not frozen or shows signs of thawing), please do not accept the delivery and contact our customer service forthwith within 05 minutes. We will assess the situation and, if verified, arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable. Any claim beyond that will not be entertained.
